Privacy Policy
What we receive, what we never do, and the choices you have.
Effective 9 October 2026
1. Scope
This notice describes what happens to personal information when you browse nhl-topteam.com (referred to as "Top Team Hotels", "we" or "our"). Questions about it can be sent to hello@nhl-topteam.com.
2. What we receive
- Your emails. Writing to us shares your email address, any name you sign with and whatever the message says. The form on our contact page sends nothing on its own; it only drafts the email, which you then send yourself.
- Technical records. Like most websites, our host may automatically log information such as IP addresses, browser type, referring page and the time of each request. Their only job is security and reliability; they are deleted after a short while and we make no attempt to link them to a person.
- A stored preference. Your browser keeps a note of how you answered the cookie notice. The Cookie Policy explains this.
There are no user accounts, sign-ins, subscriptions or payments on this site.
3. Things we avoid
There are no visitor statistics tools, ad networks or social-media pixels on this site. We do not profile visitors, and we will never sell, rent or trade personal information.
4. Third parties
Our fonts are hosted by Google, so loading a page lets Google see your IP address. Hotel websites we point to are run by those hotels under policies we neither write nor enforce.
5. Legal basis and storage period
We read and answer emails on the ground of legitimate interest: a reader asked us something, so we reply. We clear old correspondence when a conversation is finished, with twelve months as the outer limit.
6. What you can ask of us
Subject to the privacy rules where you are based, you may request to see whatever personal details we store about you, have errors fixed, have the data erased, or have its use limited or halted; you can also complain to your data-protection regulator. Email us with any request, and we will answer inside the legal deadline.
7. Age
Top Team Hotels is meant for adults. We never knowingly gather data from children or from anyone under 18.
8. Revisions
Any edit to this notice comes with a new date at the top of the page.
